Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Ruban (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops and operates the mobile game 3matchpuzzle and this website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App and visit this website. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App or the site.

2. Age rating and audience

The App is rated 4+ and is designed for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13 in jurisdictions that require parental consent for processing children’s personal data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. What data we collect

When you use the App and this website, we and our partners may collect the following categories of data:

3.1 Information you provide to us

  • Contact information: your name and email address if you contact us for support or other inquiries.
  • Support messages: the content of your messages and any other information you choose to share.

3.2 Information collected automatically in the App

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, settings, and identifiers such as the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA), where use is allowed under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
  • Usage data and gameplay telemetry: events related to your activity in the game (for example, session starts, rounds/levels played, progress, tutorial completion, rewarded ads viewed, in-app purchases made).
  • Advertising data: information about ad impressions, clicks, rewards and other ad interactions.
  • Purchases: information about in-app purchases processed via the App Store (such as product identifiers, transaction receipts and timestamps) so that we can validate entitlements and understand game performance.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data and similar technical information used to fix bugs and improve stability.
  • Approximate location: country/region derived from your IP address or from ad/analytics SDKs. We do not collect precise GPS location.

3.3 Information collected on this website

On 3matchpuzzle.com we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect standard website usage data, such as:

  • pages visited, links clicked and time spent on the site;
  • approximate location (country/region), device and browser information;
  • technical data needed to run the analytics service.

Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies for measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Why we process data and legal bases

We use the data described above for the following purposes:

  • Provide and operate the App and website – run the game, show your progress, process in-app purchases, and deliver basic website functionality.
  • Analytics and product improvement – understand how players use the game (e.g. which rounds are difficult, how often rewards are used), analyse performance, and improve gameplay and stability.
  • Advertising and user acquisition – show ads in the game (including rewarded video ads) and measure the performance of advertising campaigns that promote the game on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and others.
  • Personalized advertising – where permitted by law and by your device settings (for example when you tap “Allow” in the ATT prompt), we and our partners may use device identifiers and usage data to show more relevant ads and to optimise campaigns.
  • Non-personalized / contextual advertising – when tracking is not allowed, we request only non-personalized ads from AdMob and other networks. These ads are based on general context (such as the game’s content, language, or coarse location) and not on your cross-app behavior.
  • Security and fraud prevention – protect the App, our users and partners from abuse, cheating and fraud.
  • Legal compliance – comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK), we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract – to provide you with the game and related features.
  • Legitimate interests – to analyse and improve the App, ensure security, and prevent abuse, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
  • Consent – for personalised advertising, certain analytics and device identifiers, where you give consent via Apple’s ATT prompt or partner consent tools.

5. Third-party services and partners

We use third-party services to provide the App and website. These partners may act as data processors or independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

  • Apple – App distribution via the App Store, in-app purchases (StoreKit), Sign in with Apple (if enabled), and Apple’s privacy frameworks such as App Tracking Transparency and SKAdNetwork.
  • Adjust – a mobile measurement partner (MMP) used for install attribution, in-app event tracking, campaign performance analysis and fraud prevention.
  • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads – used to show ads in the game (including rewarded video ads) and to measure ad performance. AdMob may use device identifiers, usage data, approximate location and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads.
  • Advertising networks – such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok and others, which we may use to promote the game. These networks may receive data via Adjust or Apple’s SKAdNetwork to measure conversions and optimise campaigns.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) – used on this website to analyse aggregated traffic and usage patterns.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers – used to host our backend services and website.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with the partners above, with public authorities where required by law, or with a successor entity in the event of a business reorganisation, merger or asset transfer.

6. Tracking, ATT and SKAdNetwork

6.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework requires us to ask for your permission before using certain identifiers (such as IDFA) for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. When the ATT prompt is displayed in the App:

  • If you tap “Allow”, we and our partners may use your IDFA and related data for personalised advertising, attribution and measurement.
  • If you tap “Ask App Not to Track”, we do not access your IDFA or use it for tracking, and we request only non-personalised ads from AdMob and other networks.

6.2 SKAdNetwork

We may use Apple’s SKAdNetwork framework to measure the effectiveness of our user-acquisition campaigns in a privacy-preserving way. SKAdNetwork provides aggregated and delayed conversion data to advertising networks without giving them direct access to your identity.

7. Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law. The exact retention period can vary depending on the type of data and the requirements of our partners (for example, analytics and advertising platforms). When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

8. International transfers

Our servers and some of our partners may be located outside your country, including in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal data during such transfers.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we process. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Right to rectification – to request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure – to request deletion of your data, where applicable.
  • Right to restriction or objection – to object to or limit certain processing activities.

  • Right to withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (for example by changing your device settings or ad preferences).

11. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information where required by law.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

The App itself does not use cookies. However, third-party SDKs (such as advertising and analytics providers) may use device identifiers or similar technologies to operate, measure or personalise ads, in accordance with your ATT choice and their own privacy policies.

On this website, we use cookies and similar technologies via Google Analytics to analyse traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, the website, our practices or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App or website after the updated Policy becomes effective means that you accept the changes.
